Need For Speed Most Wanted (PS2)

I hadn't played a racing game, let alone a Need for Speed game, in years before I picked this up. The last time I touched this series was Need For Speed Underground on my Gamecube. The thing that makes this game and some its predecessors stand out and stay enjoyable all the way through is the customization. The games storyline is absolute crap and I found myself skipping through most if not all of the cut scenes, but the progression of your cars is something that can't be achieved in a more sim type racing game. I actually grew fond of cars that I started out with and proud of cars that I had near the end. In the end I spent enough time to get all the way through this game and enjoyed it thoroughly. The only downside is one play through will probably be enough for me. If you are in need of a new racing game, you should probably pick this up. While I played this on PS2 (with admittedly jenky ass controls compared to Xbox) it is available on almost everything from PC to GBA.

The Beginning

This will be the place that I begin to work on sharing reviews and info to help gamers that can’t afford to pay 60 bucks a game.
